About
Born in Paris, France, I have been drawing since the age of six. My work explores a wide range of subjects, from architecture, European history and historical figures to cinema, literature, music and dark pop culture. Working exclusively with pen and ink on paper, I develop intricate compositions through fine lines, stippling and strong contrasts between light and shadow. My practice is driven by a fascination with images, symbols and atmospheres, whether rooted in history or drawn from contemporary culture.
Music has always been an essential part of my creative journey. Passionate about darkwave and post-punk, I am a keyboardist in Les Pleureuses, a baroque post-punk band with which I have toured France and Germany, and I am now developing a new musical project. Alongside my artistic practice, I have worked in museums and tattoo studios between Paris and Berlin, experiences that have shaped my relationship with visual culture, craftsmanship and artistic expression. Drawing and music remain two complementary ways for me to explore the darker, more complex sides of the world around me.
